one two my spine is new 1

The Chinese say you are as young as your spine. This is ever so true. The ability to move freely in our bodies, to arc and flex, side-bend and twist, is our God-given gift to enjoy and explore. Structure governs function.

When our muscles grow tight we loose the ability to relax. We function less well. We become tense or irritable. We become prone to disease or pain anywhere in the body. We are already dis-at-eased with living. Our spine tightens, our root, our energy is sapped. We grow old before our time.

But there are Healers out there, (here!) who understands all this stuff and possess the skills to address such problems, and ditto - one two my spine is new.
